Description

Overview

Pixhawk CUAV 7-Nano autopilot is the newest ultra-small flight controller from the CUAV. It is so small that it is almost the size of a coin. It has rich interfaces on the sides. Using an STM32H753 processor, it has dual industrial-grade IMU sensors integrated inside for redundancy.

CUAV 7-Nano Processor

The CUAV 7-Nao Autopilot is a highly capable flight controller designed for advanced UAV applications. It is powered by an STM32H753 Arm Cortex M7 MCU, operating at 480MHz with 2MB of flash memory, ensuring robust processing power for demanding tasks.

CUAV 7-Nano Sensors

Key sensors integrated into the system include dual accelerometers (IIM-42562 and BMI088), dual gyroscopes (IIM-42652 and BMI088), a compass (IST8310), and dual barometers (ICP-20100 and BMP581). These components contribute to precise and reliable flight performance, even in challenging environments.

CUAV 7-Nano Interfaces

The autopilot operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and supports USB power input between 4.75V and 5.25V. It features servo detection for voltages ranging from 0 to 10V and is designed to function in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 85°C, with a humidity tolerance of 5% to 95% non-condensing.

The CUAV 7-Nao provides extensive connectivity options, including 5 UART ports, 14 PWM outputs, 1 RC input, 2 CAN bus interfaces, and multiple power and GPS connections. It also includes 2 telemetry ports, and a TF card slot for data logging and storage. RSSI and 5V PWM are also supported.

100M Ethernet Interface

CUAV 7-Nano supports integrated Ethernet physical chip supports connection to computers, optical pods and gimbals, datalinks, and more. It can provide high bandwidth and real-time communication for intelligent AI applications such as drone SWARM, visual navigation, and tracking.

Small size and lightweight

CUAV 7-Nano autopilot adopts a highly integrated stack design, which makes it exquisite and compact. The compact and lightweight design of the autopilot, measuring 30.75×25.75×31.8mm and weighing just 33.8g, makes it ideal for integration into a wide range of UAV platforms where space and weight are at a premium.
