A609R Gimbal Camera Overview

The A609R Gimbal Camera operates with a working voltage of 16V and accepts input voltages from 4S to 6S (14.8V to 25.2V). It consumes between 8.5W and 16W, with a dynamic current range of 530mA to 1000mA at 16V. The camera is designed to function in environments ranging from -20°C to +60°C.

It supports output via IP with RTSP/UDP protocols at 720p or 1080p resolution and 30fps, using H.264 or H.265 encoding. For local storage, it is compatible with SD cards up to 256GB, class 10, and FAT32 format. Photos are saved in JPG format (1920×1080), while videos are recorded in MP4 format at 1080p and 30fps. Control can be done via TTL or S.BUS (TTL is default), and it also supports TCP/UDP protocols.

It can be assembled on various types of unmanned aerial vehicles and other aviation carriers, as well as ships and vehicle carriers, so as to meet the requirements of sea and air use, making it an ideal camera gimbal drone solution.

The A609R Gimbal Camera is equipped with robust object tracking capabilities for both EO and IR cameras. It features an update rate of deviation pixel at 30Hz, with an output delay of less than 30 milliseconds. The system can track objects with a minimum contrast of 5% and offers a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 4. It is capable of detecting objects ranging from a minimum size of 16×16 pixels to a maximum of 256×256 pixels. The tracking speed is ±48 pixels per frame, and the camera retains object memory for up to 100 frames, ensuring precise and reliable tracking performance.

EO/IR Camera AI Performance

The A609R Gimbal Camera’s advanced AI performance enhances its capabilities for detecting both cars and humans. It can simultaneously track up to 10 targets, with a minimum contrast ratio of 5% and a minimum target size of just 5×5 pixels. The camera achieves a high car detection rate of 85% or more, while maintaining a low false alarm rate of 10% or less. This ensures accurate and reliable target identification, making it well-suited for dynamic and demanding environments.

IR Laser Rangefinder

The A609R Gimbal Camera is equipped with an IR laser rangefinder that provides precise distance measurements from 5 to 1200 meters with an accuracy of ±1 meter. It utilizes a 905nm pulse laser with a divergent angle of approximately 6 mrad and a pulse frequency range of 1 to 4Hz. The rangefinder can resolve the latitude and longitude of a target, allowing for accurate location tracking. It measures the distance between the object centered on the screen and the laser rangefinder, enhancing the camera’s capability for detailed and reliable distance assessment.
